Withdrawal policy

Last updated October 2026. Applies to contracts for the courses and the subscription; you do not enter into a paid contract by joining the community.

1. Scope

This information applies to contracts that you conclude as a consumer for the QANTERIS courses, that is, for digital content and digital services: the online course, recordings, workbooks and templates, access to the knowledge base and the subscription. The purchase is handled by a payment service provider acting as the seller (Merchant of Record). When you buy, it is your contracting party, collects the payment, remits the VAT and issues your invoice. We will state its name and address here and on the order page as soon as sales begin. The course itself is provided to you by AXEON TECHNOLOGIES FZCO, the operator of QANTERIS. The community is free of charge; you do not enter into a paid contract for it, and no right of withdrawal arises. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the payment service provider (address in the order confirmation) or us, AXEON TECHNOLOGIES FZCO IFZA Business Park, DDP P.O. Box 342001 Dubai, United Arab Emirates Email: support@qanteris.com by means of a clear statement (for example by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If a withdrawal reaches us, we forward it to the payment service provider on the same day. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you have made will be refunded to you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which your notice was received. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for the refund. Your access to the course ends with the withdrawal. If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service provided up to your withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the service.

4. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (course videos, recordings, workbooks, templates), your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, you confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract. For digital services with a limited term (access to the knowledge base, subscription), your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that we only began after you expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the period and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance. If you withdraw after performance has begun at your request but before it is complete, you owe the proportionate compensation described in section 3.

5. What this means in practice

After purchase, you receive access to the course and the customer area. Before the course content is unlocked, we obtain your express consent, either during the order process or when you first open the course. By giving it, you request that we begin before the withdrawal period expires and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under the rules in section 4. If you do not consent, the content remains locked until the withdrawal period ends. Digital content that has been made available cannot be returned like physical goods. Before ordering, you can review the service description at your own pace; if you have questions, you can reach us at any time at support@qanteris.com. If you buy in the pre-sale, you conclude the contract before the release. As long as nothing has been unlocked, performance has not begun; if you withdraw within the period, you receive the full price back. With the subscription, the blocks are unlocked gradually; the right of withdrawal expires only for content already unlocked with your consent, and the proportionate compensation from section 3 applies to the rest.

7. Dispute resolution

We are neither required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
