Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 2026. Apply to the purchase of the QANTERIS courses and to the subscription from the start of sales.
1. Scope and parties
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the online courses QANTERIS FOUNDRY, QANTERIS ARCHITECT, QANTERIS AUTONOMY, the complete package, the subscription and the extension of access to the knowledge base offered via qanteris.com. We object to any terms of the customer, unless something else has been expressly agreed. 1.2 The courses are sold by a payment service provider acting as the seller (Merchant of Record, hereinafter “Reseller”). It sells the service in its own name, collects the payment, remits the VAT and issues the invoice. Its buyer terms, which it refers to on the order page, additionally apply to the ordering process. We will state its name and address here and on the order page as soon as sales begin. 1.3 The courses, the customer area and the QANTERIS knowledge base are provided by AXEON TECHNOLOGIES FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, P.O. Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Email: support@qanteris.com (hereinafter “we”). 1.4 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into the legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its trade, business or profession.
2. Services
2.1 The scope of each course is described on the pricing page at qanteris.com: content, number of blocks, release date and included services. This description forms part of the contract. 2.2 The courses consist of recorded video lessons, workbooks and templates, and access to the QANTERIS knowledge base with scripts and prompts for an AI that you use yourself and that supports MCP (an open standard that lets an AI access external knowledge sources). The AI itself is not included; its provider’s prices and terms apply to it and to any plan it requires. Live teaching and personal one-to-one support are not part of the scope of services. 2.3 After purchase, you receive personal access to the course in the customer area (community.qanteris.com). The course content is available to you without an expiry date for as long as we operate QANTERIS. If we discontinue operation, we will announce this at least three months in advance and give you the opportunity to download the workbooks and templates. For the subscription, section 5a applies instead. 2.4 Pre-sale: you can buy QANTERIS FOUNDRY, QANTERIS ARCHITECT, QANTERIS AUTONOMY and the complete package before all content has been released; provision begins upon release. The dates on the pricing page are planned dates. If a course bought on its own is not released within four weeks after the date stated there, you may withdraw from the contract for that course and receive the full price back. The same applies to the complete package if QANTERIS FOUNDRY is not released within four weeks after the stated date. If QANTERIS ARCHITECT or QANTERIS AUTONOMY is not released within four weeks after the stated date, you may withdraw from the complete package for that course and receive its share of the package price back, calculated in proportion to the individual founder prices; the pricing page states the amount. Courses already released remain yours. Your statutory rights in the event of delay remain unaffected. 2.5 The course price includes six months of access to the knowledge base, counted from activation. After that it ends automatically. If you want to keep using it, you actively book an extension at the price on the pricing page, which can be cancelled monthly. The subscription includes access for its term. Use is limited to a reasonable extent (fair use, technical limit per access key). The knowledge base provides facts about the software and the method, with sources. Answers from your AI can be wrong, are not advice and do not assess your work. 2.6 The community is free of charge and not part of the purchase contract. 2.7 The price does not include the software licence (StrategyQuant X), a broker account, computing power or servers, or market data. You obtain these yourself from the respective providers, on their terms. 2.8 We continue to develop the courses and may update content, provided that the scope and objective of the course are preserved and the change is reasonable for you.
3. No investment advice
The courses teach how to operate a software application, how to evaluate data and a working method for your own development. They are not investment advice and not a financial service, and they contain no recommendation on instruments, position sizes or capital allocation. Results shown come from simulations and promise nothing for the future. Trading financial instruments can result in the loss of the capital invested. You alone make your trading decisions.
4. Conclusion of the contract
4.1 The presentation of the courses on qanteris.com is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. 4.2 The buy button takes you to the Reseller’s order page. There you can check and correct your entries until the very end. By clicking the button that completes the ordering process, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the Reseller accepts the order, at the latest with the confirmation by email. 4.3 The contract text is stored by the Reseller and sent to you in text form with the confirmation. You can view and save these Terms and Conditions here at any time. 4.4 Ordering and contact generally take place by email. Please make sure that the address you provide is correct and that our emails and those of the Reseller do not get stuck in your spam filter.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. The VAT depends on your country; the price on the order page is decisive. 5.2 The founder price applies to orders placed by 31 December 2026; after that, the list price applies. If a course is released after that date, the founder price applies to it until eight weeks after its release. 5.3 Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the Reseller’s order page. The price is due upon conclusion of the contract. We do not offer payment in instalments. The subscription (section 5a) is use for a limited period, not payment in instalments; whether the payment service itself allows deferred payment depends on its terms.
5a. Subscription
5a.1 The subscription gives you access to all courses in a fixed order: QANTERIS FOUNDRY, then QANTERIS ARCHITECT, then QANTERIS AUTONOMY. One block is unlocked per week, starting when you subscribe. Unlocking follows time alone; it does not depend on learning progress, assignments or tests. If the next block has not yet been released, it is unlocked as soon as it is released. 5a.2 The price is stated on the pricing page. It is due monthly in advance. You can cancel the subscription at any time with effect from the end of the paid month, using the cancel button in the customer area or with the Reseller. 5a.3 When the subscription ends, access to all content of the subscription ends, including the knowledge base. No right of use beyond the term arises. 5a.4 Switching to a purchase: if you buy a course or the complete package while your subscription is running, half of the subscription fees you have paid up to then is credited against the purchase price, up to the amount of the purchase price. Buying the complete package ends the subscription; after buying a single course it continues until you cancel it.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details, including its early expiry for digital content, are set out in the withdrawal policy at qanteris.com/cancellation-policy/.
7. Rights of use
7.1 With a purchase, you receive a simple, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the course content for your own purposes. With the subscription, this right applies to the unlocked content and only for the term of the subscription. You may modify workbooks and templates for your own work. The right takes effect once the price has been paid in full. 7.2 You may not share your access with others, pass on content, make it publicly available or sell it, download videos where no download is offered, or extract content by automated means. 7.3 In the event of a serious breach, we may block access after a prior warning, and in cases of obvious misuse, such as publicly sharing access credentials, also without a warning.
8. Defects
The statutory provisions for digital products apply. If something does not work, write to support@qanteris.com; we will provide a remedy within a reasonable period.
9. Liability
9.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). 9.2 In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, that is, an obligation whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may rely, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. 9.3 We are not liable for losses resulting from your own trading decisions; the courses do not give trading recommendations (section 3).
10. Refund and chargeback
If a payment is refunded or charged back, access to the paid content ends. It is restored as soon as the amount has been paid.
11. Data protection
How we and the Reseller process your data is set out in the privacy policy at qanteris.com/privacy/.
12. Contract language and translations
These Terms and Conditions are available in all languages of the website.
13. Applicable law and dispute resolution
13.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence. 13.2 We are neither required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
