Accessibility statement

Our goal

QANTERIS should be usable by everyone, including with a screen reader, keyboard, magnification or impaired vision. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549.

What we implement

The pages have a clear heading structure and the correct language attribute for each language version. A skip link leads directly to the content. All functions can be operated with the keyboard, and the focus is visible. Images and graphics have text alternatives. Colors and contrasts are checked automatically with every change. If you have set reduced motion in your system, you get no animations. The site does not set cookies and shows no consent banners that cover the content. In September 2026, an automated test (Lighthouse) scored accessibility at 100 out of 100 on mobile and 96 on desktop.

Known limitations

Graphics with key figures are implemented as images; the most important values are also given in the text, but not every detail. The community and the course area run on the Discourse software, and the order page is run by the payment service provider; we have only limited influence on their accessibility. The translations are reviewed continuously; some wording may still be clumsy.

How this statement was prepared

This statement is based on a self-assessment using automated testing tools (Lighthouse and our own contrast check). We review it again whenever the site changes significantly.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a barrier or need content in a different format, write to us at support@qanteris.com. We will reply within two weeks and tell you when the barrier will be removed or how you can obtain the content in another way.

If you do not receive a satisfactory reply, you can contact the market surveillance authority. In Germany, this is the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF) in Magdeburg. Alternatively, you can contact the competent market surveillance authority in your country.
